Colman's Mustard - prepared jar. 3.5oz/100g

First let me say I really don't like mustard. I was at a pub in Marin where I usually have fish and chips - that's where I learned about HP Brown Sauce, which I order from here regularly - two bottles at a time. Last time I was in I tried the sausage rolls, and the server said she likes to mix the brown sauce with the mustard (this mustard) when she has that. Tried it, LOVED IT! Really spicy but in a wonderful way ... can't wait to try it at home!
