Harold Wood English Style Lincolnshire Pork Bangers, made in the US (1lb)

These sausages really do taste authentic- the typical Lincolnshire sage and onion flavours are subtle but obvious and make the sausage much more interesting. The texture is good too, no horrible gristly bits, just a smooth juicy texture that is easy to eat. If anything it is a bit too smooth and soft and a butcher's sausage with more meat and less fat and filler would probably have more texture.

These were awsome, I made a pig of myself and the first packet I opened, nobody else was allowed a taste, I'm glad I ordered more than one, so are the family, as Americans, I was surprised how much they enjoyed them. Thankyou Goodwoods and Harold Wood

Wonderful..First Lincolnshire sausage we had had in years and sooo good. Almost no grease so spray the pan lightly. Lovely balance of herbs .
