This is the flavor of England! I use it on all beef all the time! I'd become seriouly addicted to HP sauces while there and had the hardest time to get it here until out of despiration on late evening I was searching on line and found Goodwood's and my prized sauces!

I first had this at a pub here in Northern CA, with fish and chips. What a great flavor! I put it on potatoes too, it has such a unique flavor. The server told me to mix this half and half with Colman's Mustard when I tried a sausage in pastry appetizer. So yummy, I'm ordering the mustard today. I buy this HP Sauce two bottles at a time!
