We have a 6 lb minimum order for frozen food.

To ensure the highest quality of products delivered to you, frozen food has shipping restrictions
aimed at minimizing the time in transit.
Frozen food is shipped 2nd Day, we ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
for delivery on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
The package will be delivered on the 2nd day, possibly into the early evening.
Should the package be delayed by a day due to circumstances beyond the carriers control,
we do pack enough dry ice for the package to remain chilled if not frozen for three days.
Our objective is to get the frozen food to you in good condition.
Consistent with the provisions of the FedEx Service Guide, shipments delayed by weather restrictions
are not eligible for a refund or credit under the money-back guarantee policy.
Refrigerated or frozen food cannot be returned, please be aware of this when ordering.
We take extra special care when packing your Easter Eggs,
but due to the fragile nature of English Easter Eggs,
we cannot refund or replace Eggs damaged in transit.
Damage would include cracked or broken eggs,
melting or discoloration of the chocolate due to temperature changes.
British chocolate including Christmas and Easter Candy melt easily
and may loose shape and discolor
The customer assumes the risk when ordering.
When British Chocolate is exposed to high temperatures
as we have between States here in the US melting and or discoloration may occur
and the chocolate may "Bloom".
This happens when the cocoa butter separates from the cocoa solids.
The chocolate is fine to eat, just not as pretty..
Returns must be made within two days of receipt.
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid.
All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. The original packing slip must be included.
