Shipping Charges:

We are now offering free shipping on all dry goods order and frozen food orders.
Frozen food requires that you check the box for Dry Ice + Reusable Styrofoam Container. 
Orders are typically processed within two business days (Mon-Fri). 
During our Christmas season (November & December) and the month before Easter,
orders may take a little longer to process, possibly three or four days.
If you require your package by a specific date, please make a note in the comment box
and we will do our best to accommodate you. 



Frozen Food:
We have free shipping on frozen food.
Frozen food requires that you check the box for Dry Ice + Reusable Styrofoam Container.

We have a 6 lb minimum order for frozen food.
The weight can be found in the product description and below the "Add To Cart"

Refrigerated or frozen food cannot be returnedplease be aware of this when ordering.

Easter Eggs:
We take extra special care when packing your Easter Eggs, 
but due to the fragile nature of English Easter Eggs,
we cannot refund or replace Eggs damaged in transit.
Damage would include cracked or broken eggs, 
melting or discoloration of the chocolate due to temperature changes.


Chocolate:
British chocolate including Christmas and Easter Candy melt easily
and may loose shape and discolor 

The customer assumes the risk when ordering.
When British Chocolate is exposed to high temperatures  
as we have between States here in the US melting and or discoloration may occur 
and the chocolate may "Bloom".
This happens when the cocoa butter separates from the cocoa solids.
The chocolate is fine to eat, just not as pretty..



Returns:

Returns must be made within two days of receipt.
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid
All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. The original packing slip must be included.
Refrigerated or frozen food cannot be returned, please be aware of this when ordering


Damage:

In case of damage please call Fed/Ex on 800-GO-FEDEX immediately
and notify Goodwoods British Market at 800 528 7767

within 24 hours so that a claim can be made.
